Terms of Service
Turnaround Time
- The estimated completion time for commissioned work is approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece. Deadlines may vary based on workload and project detail.Payment Terms
- Payment Method: All payments must be made via PayPal only.
- Currency: All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Payment Schedule: Full payment is required after the initial preliminary sketch has been reviewed and approved by the client.Right to Refuse Service
- I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason, without obligation to disclose the reason for refusal.Cancellation Policy
- The artist may, at their discretion, cancel a commission in progress if unable to complete the piece. In such cases, the client will receive a partial refund depending on how far along the piece is.Revisions and Changes
- Revisions and major adjustments are permitted up to the lining stage of the artwork.
- After lining has begun, only minor changes (such as color adjustments or small detail corrections) will be accepted.Deadlines and Scheduling
- Clients with specific deadlines must inform me prior to commissioning to confirm whether the request can be accommodated.Watermark and Copyright Notice
- All completed pieces will include my watermark, which must not be removed, altered, or obscured under any circumstances.Usage and Display Rights
- By agreeing to these Terms of Service, the client grants me, the artist, permission to display the completed artwork on any of my social media platforms or portfolios, unless the client specifically requests otherwise before completion of the artwork.
- I retain the right to use the commissioned artwork for promotional, marketing, and portfolio purposes.
- Additionally, by agreeing to my Terms of Service, you agree to never use my artwork in any form of artificial intelligence (AI). This includes, but is not limited to, using my art for “training,” “enhancing,” “editing,” or feeding into AI programs such as Grok, ChatGPT, Sora AI, or any other similar tools or platforms. Any unauthorized AI-related use of my work is strictly prohibited.Age Requirement
- By commissioning me, the artist, the client confirms that they are 18 years of age or older.Content Restrictions
- I will not create artwork depicting underage characters in sexual, suggestive, or explicit situations. Additionally, I do not accept commissions involving extreme fetishes, including but not limited to scat, inflation, or vore.
- Don't be afraid to ask whether a kink is acceptable!
